Additional Trade Credit – Additional APEPS 360 Credit
NADA Guides Valuation Tool
Any Additional Trade Credit or Additional APEPS 360 Credit will be determined as described in and is subject to the terms, conditions and limitations specified in the applicable Agreement for Additional Trade Credit or Additional APEPS 360 Credit (the “Agreement”). As stated in the applicable Agreement (and unless otherwise expressly provided therein), the Additional Trade Credit or Additional APEPS 360 Credit equals the difference of NADA Guide’s “Average” Trade-in value vs. NADA Guide’s “Clean” Trade-in value of the subject vehicle, (as determined by the Administrator of the Agreement) not to exceed the Additional Trade Credit Value or Additional APEPS 360 Credit stated in such Agreement. 
The vehicle’s cosmetic condition must meet or exceed NADA Guides “Average” trade-in definition at the time of trade-in (as determined by the Administrator of the applicable Agreement), which means: …Paint, body, and wheel surfaces have moderate imperfections and an average finish and shine which can be improved with restorative repair, Interior reflects some soiling and wear in relation to vehicle age… NADA Guides definitions are subject to change; visit NADAguides.com for more information. Additional Trade Credits or Additional APEPS 360 Credits are subject to expiration as specified in the applicable Agreement.
The estimate of the amount of the applicable Additional Trade Credit or Additional APEPS 360 Credit was determined using NADA Guide’s valuation tool, and is an estimate only. The amount of any Additional Trade Credit or Additional APEPS 360 Credit actually applicable to the subject vehicle at trade-in will be determined as of the time of trade-in, and may differ from this estimate.
